DUBAI: Etihad Airways has launched its biggest annual sale for 2025, offering travellers substantial discounts ahead of the summer holiday season.

The UAE’s national airline is giving passengers up to 30 percent off on flight tickets to a wide range of destinations across its network. Bookings under the summer sale must be made by April 18, and travel dates span from May 1 to September 30.

The Mega Tuesday offer, unveiled this week, includes an exclusive additional 10 percent discount on all routes for bookings made on Tuesday, April 15 using the promo code EYEXTRA10. With this sale, Etihad is encouraging early summer planning with highly attractive fares across continents.

Expanded routes

In a significant boost to its network, Etihad Airways is launching 14 new destinations in 2025, including flights to Prague and Warsaw, both starting in June. Seasonal favourites such as Antalya, Santorini, and Nice are also back in rotation, giving holidaymakers a wider array of options.

Sample sale fares include return flights to Atlanta, USA starting from Dh2,995; Prague and Warsaw from Dh1,895; and Taipei from Dh3,195. Budget-conscious travellers can find tickets to Al Alamein in Egypt from as low as Dh995 – the most affordable fare in this year’s promotion. Sochi flights start from Dh1,695, while Antalya is priced from Dh1,495. Spanish and French summer hotspots Málaga and Nice are both available from Dh2,095, and flights to the Greek islands of Santorini and Mykonos start at Dh1,895.

Fleet expansion

In parallel with the promotional campaign, Etihad confirmed the arrival of its sixth Airbus A350, which landed in Abu Dhabi over the weekend after a successful delivery flight from Toulouse, France. The airline will deploy the new A350 on its Atlanta route this summer – Etihad’s sixth North American gateway and part of the 16 new routes being introduced this year.

The airline emphasised its focus on enhancing passenger experience, especially for families, through improved in-flight services, expanded culinary offerings, and a growing selection of destinations.

The sale is available on the airline’s website and applies to economy and business class tickets, subject to availability.
